Position Summary

Andor Health is hiring a HR and Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and experienced HR professional with a proven recruiting background to support our growing HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, assisting with recruitment, interviewing, the hiring process, scheduling new employee orientations and training and entering of a high volume of employment records into our HR database. Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, and maintaining HR files
  • Enter employment data into database
  • Assist with the hiring process
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  • Assist with company recruiting efforts and processes including submitting job postings online and contacting potential candidates, scheduling interviews, following up during the recruitment process, and updating employee records
  • Consults with Andor's leadership teams to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant positions
  • Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields
  • Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions
  • Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers
  • Checks candidate's references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds
  • Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process
  • Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities
  • Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
  • Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary
  • Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in HR-related field required or related experience (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 5+ years' related administrative and recruiting experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Outstanding communication skills and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
  • Familiar with applicant tracking database systems is an asset
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong self-starter

 

Preferred Qualifications:                                                                                                                

  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability
